Two flat plans · the fine print, printed big

The pricing page, written like we expect you to read it.

The tools in this category bill you by your orders, your ASINs, your seats — then auto-upgrade you and call it a favor. Here's our entire pricing model: AI scanning is the only thing with a monthly allowance — 4,000 rows on Solo, 15,000 on Pro. Everything else is simply part of the plan. And every price in the product renders live from Stripe — what you see is exactly what you're charged, so the page can't drift from the invoice.

Card required. We say it in the same font as the price.

14 days. The full product on your real data. Card required — burying that is how this category earns its one-star reviews, so it's here instead. You can't judge accounting software from screenshots, so the trial doesn't make you: connect your account, let the backfill fill the books, and compare our numbers to Seller Central and your bank. That comparison is the entire sales pitch; we built the product to win it. UPC scans work in the trial too. AI scanning is what the paid plans buy, so the trial ships without AI scan rows — the audit doesn't need them. Cancel any time, yourself, in the portal — no email, no phone call, no retention script. Account creation itself takes only an email — set your password from a secure emailed link. The card comes when you start the trial, not when you make the account.

03AI scan rows — every rule, in writing

How AI scan rows work. All of it, in writing.

One product row in an AI or Web scan uses one row from one shared monthly pool, team-aware, with per-employee allocations so one trigger-happy VA can't burn the month by the 10th. Failed scans refund their rows automatically. Resumed scans skip finished work. Suppressed ASINs are excluded before matching and use no rows. Confirmed matches never draw a row again. Top-ups: 1,500 rows for $24.99 or 5,000 for $76.99 — one-time, never expiring, and drawn only after your monthly plan rows run out, the customer-friendly ordering, stated in writing. A big Q4 sourcing week should never force a permanent plan upgrade.

Top-ups never expireDrawn last, not first
Role presetsSourcing VA (scans, no money) · Prepper (receiving and shipments, never P&L) · Bookkeeper (financials, refunds, freight) · Manager (runs the floor) — plus fully custom; a tweaked preset labels itself honestly, e.g. "Bookkeeper · customized"
Permissionscheckbox-level control across 16 areas — dashboard, scanners, results, orders, warehouse, FBA workspace, refunds, financials, stranded inventory, advertisement, and more
Fine grainthe "Sales History" grant shows a VA per-product sales and profit on scan results without opening your full financials
Scan sharingtheir own scans, all of yours, or a hand-picked set — with per-teammate row allocations and usage tracking
Offboardingpark reversibly or remove permanently — their details erased, every scan they ran stays yours, a Former Team Members record kept; permission changes apply without re-login; deactivation cuts access at once
04Your team, without your password

Right now your VA logs in as you. Stop that today.

Invite by email; teammates set their own passwords via a secure single-use link — you never see or manage their credentials, and a removed address can be re-invited immediately. Solo includes a seat for one teammate; Pro includes three. Additional seats are $9.99/month — and on Pro, every added seat brings 500 AI scan rows with it, so the charge is capacity, not a tax. Up to 10 people per account. You're never billed for an invite that expired unaccepted.

Teammate seats included on both plansA seat is capacity, not a tax
Isolationevery query in the product is scoped to your organization — systematically audited across the backend
Owner-onlycredentials, billing, book restatements — server-enforced
Sessionspassword changes instantly invalidate older sessions; 24-hour expiry; sign-out revokes tokens at once; login endpoints rate-limited
Credentialsverified live with Amazon before saving, write-only, encrypted at rest, never echoed to a browser
Backupsthe entire dataset, off-site, automatic, 30 days retained
05Security that isn't decoration

Enforced at the server, on 30+ endpoints. Not hidden buttons.

Amazon credentials, billing, and every operation that restates the books are locked to the account owner and can never be granted to an employee, even by mistake — enforced server-side at over 30 sensitive endpoints. A hidden button a clever VA can still reach isn't security; this is. Managers get real authority over the team while staying walled off from money and credentials — delegate the hiring without handing over the bank. And you can delegate at all because everything is attributed: an Inventory Change Log and an FBA Activity Log record every edit.

Server-side, not cosmeticDelegate because everything is attributed

06The anti-trap section

Read this section twice. It's where this category hides the knives. We removed them.

Self-serve Stripe portal: change plan, update card, download invoices, cancel — no email to support, no retention call, with plain-English status notices for every billing state. A failed charge doesn't lock you out: you get grace while it retries and a prompt to update the card. Even a lapsed account can always reach billing to update a card, download old invoices, or restart — your invoices are never held hostage. On reimbursements: RemWorth flags Amazon claim opportunities and expiring claim windows, tracks every case, and starts your supplier refund paperwork automatically at receiving. You contact the supplier — the distributor or store you bought from; RemWorth records, reminds, and tracks so nothing is forgotten. What's recovered is yours. And leaving is self-serve too: delete your own account with a 30-day recoverable grace period; team members can leave a team on their own. Products that make leaving hard were never confident you'd stay.

07The limits, in our own voice

A tool that states its edges is a tool whose middle you can trust.

US only. amazon.com. No international marketplaces, no multi-marketplace dashboard. A non-US account is refused at connection with nothing stored. Ads are file-based, and that means work. You download the bulk file at Amazon and upload it back yourself. In exchange: nothing ever changes without your review. Gating: we check and hand you the door. The Seller Central application is yours to submit. Always. Orders arrive as fast as Amazon allows. The trial takes a card. Stated next to the price, not in fine print. Exports are CSV, Excel, and clipboard. No third-party docs integrations, by decision. We are not a tax or reimbursement filing service. We prepare, track, and start the supplier paperwork; the contacting and filing are yours.

The card-out questions

Asked at exactly this moment, answered at exactly this moment.

Everything below is also true in the product, where the prices render live from Stripe.

Will my bill go up as I grow?
Not because you grew. Orders, ASINs, revenue — none of it changes the bill. The plans differ only in AI scanning capacity.
Do unused monthly rows roll over?
Plan rows reset monthly. Top-up rows never expire and are spent last. That ordering is deliberate and in writing.
Why does the trial take a card?
Because the trial opens everything, including a full accounting engine on your real data. Cancel before day 14 in the portal and you pay nothing.
What do I lose if I cancel?
Access when the paid period ends — with a 30-day recoverable grace on deletion and your invoices reachable even lapsed.
Why trust the prices on this page?
Because in the product they're not on a page — they're in Stripe, rendered live. The page physically can't say one number and charge another.

The dare, one more time

Connect your account. Let it read your settlements. Then compare.

Put our profit number next to your bank deposits and your old tool's dashboard — and see which one of the three can explain itself. Every deposit read order by order. Every statement checked line by line. When we don't know a number, you'll see the gap with a label on it — which is exactly how you'll know the numbers you do see are real. Under it: the UPC Scanner and 500-ASIN Bulk Checker are included in every plan.
