โ€”The problem

The good deals die before you finish the sheet.

A distributor sends you a 5,000-line sheet. Worked by hand, that's days โ€” the winners are gone before you finish, or you skip the sheet and buy nothing. So you bought a scanning tool. Then it matched your 8 oz item to the 24 oz listing, showed you a beautiful ROI, and you bought sixty units of the wrong product. The problem was never the scanning. It was the guessing.

01What you walk away with

Five tools, one workspace, one purchasing queue.

Everything on this page ends in the same place: the full review workspace, and from there one click into your buy list. Nothing re-typed, nothing exported into a spreadsheet to die.

02The core job

Days of spreadsheet work. One upload.

Four columns โ€” URL, Image, Title, Price โ€” and the scanner finds each product on Amazon, verifies the match with AI, checks whether your account can actually sell it, and scores every row pass or fail against your own buying rules. FBA fees come from Amazon's official rate card and the live referral percentage, not a stale estimate table. This and the Web Scanner run on your plan's AI scan rows โ€” one shared pool.

03The part that loses sellers money

Every match comes with its confidence printed on it.

An AI matcher tuned with dozens of real worked examples judges brand, size, count, scent, and pack size โ€” and gives every candidate a match tier and a confidence percentage instead of a blind yes. It's trained on the exact traps that burn sellers: brand-prefix confusion, "Vanilla" vs "French Vanilla," 100-count vs 200-count, multipacks. When a case is borderline, it flags it for your eyes rather than deciding quietly. The synchronized-zoom compare puts your supplier photo next to the listing's whole gallery โ€” both labels move together while you read the fine print โ€” and you can paste any UPC to test it against every code on the listing.

Where it runsAI Scanner, UPC Scanner, Web Scanner โ€” everywhere
Cost of a missfound at FBA, at twelve times the price
04The 3-pack trap

Closed twice โ€” once at scan, again at buy.

The scanner detects when the Amazon match is a multipack and multiplies your single-unit cost by the listing's pack count before computing a cent of profit โ€” per row, across the whole sheet. Then a second, independent net: if the listing title says "Pack of 12" but the scan read pack size as 1, an inline warning fires before you commit money. A source title that smells like case pricing gets a "case price?" hint on top. A pack-of-12 costed as a single shows twelve times the real ROI; that error doesn't get born here.

Your account's verdict, checked fresh, with the door handed to you.

Every match is checked against your own connected Amazon account at scan time โ€” sellable, restricted, or restricted-but-can-apply, with a direct link to the exact Seller Central approval application. Verdicts are checked fresh on every scan, because Amazon's gating changes constantly. We hand you the door; the application is yours to submit. Be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise.

06Match memory

Match a product once. It stays matched.

Confirm a match โ€” or a mismatch โ€” during review, and future scans of that product skip re-matching entirely. Your suppression list works the same way, and it's wired into the scan pipeline itself: blocked ASINs are excluded before matching runs. Not a display filter hiding rows you already reviewed. Repeat catalogs get faster every month, and your scan rows and review time go to the products that still need judging โ€” not the ones you've already ruled on.

The ROI column is your ROI, not list-price fiction.

Per upload: two discount codes, credit-card cashback, gift-card discount, and sales tax โ€” with a live worked example showing what a $10 item really lands at. Each upload can override ten buying rules on top of your saved defaults, and a competition filter drops products Amazon itself has kept in stock more than your chosen percent of the last 30/90 days โ€” Amazon shares the Buy Box with nobody. Your account-wide settings feed every projection everywhere: per-unit prep costs (bag, tape, label, bubble wrap, other), ship-to-FBA dollars per pound, storage months, and Amazon's inbound placement fee by region (East/West/Central). Run Merchant Fulfilled? The FBM guard rail refuses to save a setup that would silently overstate profit by your label cost โ€” it tells you what's wrong, and why, before anything saves.

08Where the decision happens

Four browser tabs of homework, on one card.

Every scanned product expands into a full deal-analysis card: the synchronized-zoom image compare, a complete profitability breakdown, price and rank history charts (Buy Box, Amazon, New FBA/FBM, Used, rank, list price, rating, review count), seller-by-seller offer and stock history with each seller's Buy Box win percentage โ€” and your own sales history on that exact ASIN. Any ASIN your business has sold carries a SOLD BEFORE chip: 30-day/90-day/12-month/all-time units and profit, a monthly chart, a per-sale list, and current on-hand stock, right in the sourcing review. No standalone research tool can show you that. It has no books to read. Edit supplier, quantity, cost, price, tax code, or pack count and the server recomputes profit, ROI, and the verdict on the spot; Refresh Listing Data pulls live price, fees, weight, and dimensions before you commit. Seventeen review statuses do real work โ€” buys feed purchasing, dead ends feed the blocklist โ€” and Finalize Review sends each group where it belongs, with a confirmation modal spelling out what happens and duplicate-proof re-finalizing. The Your Sales History panel is permission-gated, so a sourcing VA can work scans without learning your margins.

The export is the analysis, not a homework assignment.

One click downloads any scan as CSV or a formatted Excel workbook โ€” color-coded by verdict, frozen header, auto-sized columns, readable the second it opens. Filter the export to just PASS, borderline, or FAIL. Every row carries 25+ decision columns, including profit at today's price AND at the 90-day average, so both price scenarios travel with the data. Exports are CSV and Excel. No third-party docs integrations โ€” by decision, not omission.

The barcode scanner other tools sell separately. Ours comes with the plan.

Upload a supplier list with UPCs and prices โ€” CSV or XLSX up to 50 MB and 5,000 rows, one-click template. Every row matches Amazon's catalog by exact barcode, UPC and EAN both handled correctly and batched for speed, with a title-match fallback so barcode-less rows aren't just dropped. Every match gets live enrichment from your own seller connection: current price, rank, real fees from the rate card, price-drop counts, estimated monthly sales, Amazon in-stock percentage, pack-count detection, hazmat flags โ€” plus the full landed-cost stack and multipack multiplication. The same checks the AI Scanner runs, included in every plan.

11Start from what sells

The scanner with a lie detector.

You know WHAT sells. Finding WHERE to buy it is twenty browser tabs a night. The Web Scanner starts from ASINs you already trust and searches the web's major retailers for a source for every one โ€” then runs each source through a trust layer, because retail listings lie. Implausibly cheap teaser prices are caught and never priced. A cluster lie-detector compares every offer against its peers: a "Case of 12" listed at a single-box price gets re-priced as a single and flagged amber โ€” instead of showing you a fake 300% ROI you'd have ordered by midnight. Profit is computed on live data fetched fresh at scan time โ€” Buy Box, Amazon's own FBA fee estimates, referral, rank, monthly sold, weight, size tier โ€” never your spreadsheet's stale snapshot. Buy-marked sources push into Pending Orders with the retailer recorded as supplier, de-duplicated.

12Gating checks that don't die with the tab

500 verdicts. Saved forever. Included.

Paste or upload up to 500 ASINs โ€” spaces, commas, line breaks, or a .csv/.tsv/.txt file, invalid entries and duplicates cleaned with a live count โ€” and get a gating verdict per ASIN from your own Amazon account's restriction data. Not a community database's average seller: YOUR status, today. Four honest verdicts: UNGATED, CAN APPLY (with a one-click deep link to the exact Seller Central application), RESTRICTED with no path, and COULDN'T CHECK โ€” a failed lookup is never silently shown as sellable. Every check is saved to your account, re-openable, exportable, visible to your whole team, and re-runnable when Amazon re-gates the world next quarter. Bulk checks are included in every plan and draw no AI scan rows.

13The memory of your operation

Reject a product once. It stays rejected.

Mark a product Mismatch, IP Risk, Haz, Refrigerated โ€” any of eight blocking reasons โ€” during review, and finalizing files it here automatically. Every future scan skips it before matching runs. The moment Amazon confirms an ASIN as a hard, no-appeal restriction, it's suppressed automatically too โ€” matched products only, never on uncertainty. Your blocklist is org policy: one person's expensive lesson protects everyone's buy list.

Run your ugliest price sheet through it.

The one with no UPC column and the case pricing. That's the sheet it was built for.

What uses an AI scan row?
one product row in an AI or Web scan, drawn from one shared pool with per-employee allocations. UPC scans and bulk checks draw none.
What if a scan dies mid-run?
resume from where it stopped โ€” finished steps are skipped โ€” and rows for a failed scan refund automatically
Will it apply for ungating?
No, and be suspicious of anyone who says they do. We check your real status and put the exact application one click away. The click is yours.
Can my VA see my profits?
only if you grant it โ€” sales history on scan results is its own permission
Do UPC scans get the real product?
